Our Mentoring Program matches Novice dancers with Advanced dancers for the weekend. Mentors will help you navigate the event experience, answer questions, and support your growth both on and off the dance floor.
This program is designed to create a welcoming atmosphere, build community, and give newer dancers a safe space to learn, connect, and enjoy the weekend even more.

Support with social dancing, event flow & confidence
Encouragement, feedback, and motivation (only if you want it!)
A chance to connect with someone more experienced in the community

How it Works
How it Works
Step 1: After the Event registration started, we'll be sharing a form to fill out both for Mentees & Mentors - sign up if you're interested to join!
Step 2: We are going to do our magic backstage & match you with a Mentee/Mentor. There might be a few Mentees matched with the same Mentor, depending on the interest.
Step 3: At the Event, we're going to reveal your matches for the weekend during our Mentorship Welcome Meeting on Friday.
Step 4: You'll be able to connect throughout the weekend & check-in on an individual level with your partner(s).
Step 5: We'll host a Mentorship Closing Meeting on Sunday to say goodbye & gather ideas to make the mentorship program even more valuable for the upcoming years!
